Countdown!

Whew- 10 days left people! I'm exhausted. I won't lie. I love my kids and I will surely miss them, but man would it be nice to sleep in and have a cup of coffee on the couch instead of in the car or whilst drying my hair!

Last night I had some blogger troubles. My whole Reading List was gone! I got a little freaked out so I watched the season finale of Hart of Dixie...again! Team Wade all the way.

If you're searching for an end of the year book First Year Letters is a great one! It's the sequel to First Day Jitters. It's the end of the school year and students are writing letters to Mrs. Hartwell reflecting on their school year. It's absolutely hysterical! And of course you could even have your students write you letters!

Don't forget to enter my giveaway- it ends tomorrow!

  1. YaY - I don't know about this book - thanks! I LOVE it when they write letters. In 6th grade, Joshua's teacher had parents write the kids a letter. That was SUCH a great project!

  2. My reading list was gone last night. I FREAKED out, but then after some nice ladies let me know it had happened before to them and gave me some suggestions it came back. I sure hope yours came back, but know you weren't along last night.

  3. First Year Letters sounds like the perfect book to read now. I'm going to see if my library has it. Thanks for the suggestion. BTW, I've had reading list problems and that's why I still don't have all my blogs listed. I gave up! Now I just rely on Google Reader to show me the updates in all the blogs I follow.

  5. That looks like a cute book. Okay, I'm guessing since you've watched it again you'll think I'm crazy but....what's Hart of Dixie? I don't think I've seen or heard of it before..... ~Heidi V.

    1. Heidi- Ok....it's this show on the CW. It has Rachel Bilson as the lead. Her character is Zoe Hart. She is a surgeon from NY who wanted this fellowship in a cardiac position, but her boss told her she needed to get a better beside manner. So she winds up in Bluebell, Alabama. It's funny and quirky and there is some good eye candy on the show too! (Hello Wade!) It's my favorite Monday night show!
